Questions after ordering?Start with your order.

Food orders can involve preparation, cold storage and transport. If plans change or something arrives wrong, contact the business promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Before preparation or dispatch

Use your private order page to request a cancellation or change as early as possible. Include the order number and explain what you need. Whether a change can be made depends on the order’s stage, the product and the arrangements already agreed. Submitting a request does not itself cancel the order.

If you are comparing quarter cow cost before buying, clarify the order’s terms and any deposit arrangement first. The final confirmation should identify the commitment you are making rather than leaving it to a general guide.

Shipping delays and revised arrangements

A preferred date is not a confirmed dispatch or arrival. Once a timeframe has been agreed, contact the business if you receive a delay notice or cannot meet the receiving arrangement. The team should explain the revised plan and any applicable cancellation or refund options.

The order is reviewed with the agreed timing, preparation and applicable consumer requirements. These pages do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Arrival condition and product concerns

Inspect perishable goods promptly. If there is damage, an incorrect item or a temperature concern, record the arrival time and take clear photographs of the packaging and contents. Keep the shipment details and contact the business before disposing of evidence, where it is safe to do so.

Do not taste questionable food to test safety, and do not return perishable meat without instructions. Follow current food-safety advice while the concern is being reviewed.

How a refund request is reviewed

Send the relevant facts through the private order page: the item, concern, requested outcome and payment reference. The business checks the confirmed order, preparation stage, delivery information and transaction record. It may ask for a clarification before deciding the next step.

An approved refund is recorded against the order and handled through the appropriate external payment process. Processing time depends on that provider. Keep the confirmation and check your account rather than treating an uploaded request as a completed refund.

A useful next step

Compare the details before committing to a share or delivery request.
